At Shan-e-Alam, we take pride in our craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a clear and fair refund policy:

Eligibility for Refunds:

Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Personalized, made-to-measure, or custom items are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Proof of purchase is required for all refunds.

Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of faulty products.

How to Initiate a Refund:
Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process and provide return instructions.
